are owned by PSX Invest and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written permission.

7. Data Accuracy

While we strive to provide accurate and timely data, we do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of any data or analysis. Stock prices, technical indicators, and AI recommendations may contain errors or delays. Always verify information independently before making trading decisions.

8. Service Availability

We strive to maintain high service availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The Service may be unavailable due to:

• Scheduled maintenance
• Technical difficulties
• Third-party service outages
• Force majeure events

We are not liable for any losses resulting from service interruptions.

9. Limitation of Liability

Our total liability for any claims related to the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the past 12 months (which is zero if you're using the free service).

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Pakistan. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Pakistan.

13. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
