No. PSX Invest is an independent software and research company. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to the Pakistan Stock Exchange (PSX), the Securities and Exchange Commission of Pakistan (SECP), or any financial regulator. "PSX" in our name refers exclusively to our focus on PSX-listed equities.

No. PSX Invest is an independent technical analytics and research software platform. We are not a brokerage firm, financial institution, or SECP-licensed investment advisor. We do not hold user funds, take deposits, manage trading accounts, or ever ask for your broker account passwords or confidential portfolio data. You continue to execute your trades and hold your capital safely with your existing PSX-licensed broker (such as KTrade, JS Global, AKD Securities, BMA Capital, etc.). PSX Invest operates entirely independently as a flat subscription-based tool. We only charge a separate software fee for our data analysis, meaning you pay the same fixed price regardless of whether you are investing PKR 50,000 or PKR 50,000,000.

No. PSX Invest is not an execution platform or trading terminal. You cannot place, execute, or automatically submit market orders through our application. PSX Invest functions strictly as an analytical tool that scans 380+ PSX-listed equities daily to deliver structured technical signals (entry ranges, target prices, stop-loss levels, and confidence scores). Once you review a signal on PSX Invest, you manually log into your broker's trading app to place your trade.

No. PSX Invest is an independent fintech technology and data analytics platform — not an SECP-licensed investment advisor, wealth management firm, or fiduciary. We do not offer tailored human advisory services, personalized portfolio management, or direct trade execution.

Absolutely secure. We will never request your bank details, brokerage credentials, account PINs, or passwords. Your analytical profile is protected with enterprise-level encryption. All data is stored in Supabase with Row Level Security enforced at the database layer, ensuring your data is isolated from other users.

Not at all. PSX Invest is designed to eliminate the complexity of technical charts. Instead of spending hours looking at RSI, MACD, or volume patterns, you receive straightforward signal metrics for every stock:

• Entry Range — where to buy/sell
• Target Price — when to take profit
• Stop-Loss — where to limit your risk
• AI Confidence Score — historical hit-rate context
• Reasoning — clear breakdown of why the setup triggered

Yes. Many of our users start by tracking our daily signals on a demo account or paper-trading log. It is a risk-free way to observe how entries, targets, and stop-losses play out before committing real funds.

Our AI Advisor (and features like Ask Bill) functions as an automated quantitative research assistant. It analyzes live PSX market data, running technical indicators (RSI, MACD, Bollinger Bands, ATR) and technical rule-checks to generate objective market signals, entry ranges, stop-losses, and confidence scores. While the AI Advisor provides algorithmic insights, market screeners, and technical analysis, all outputs are algorithmic data tools designed to assist your own decision-making — not personalized financial advice. You remain in full control of every trade you choose to execute with your licensed broker.

While the Free plan lets you test the workflow risk-free, it is strictly meant as a preview. Here is what you miss out on unless you upgrade:

• Limited Watchlist: 1 stock on Free (vs. 3 on Learner, 15 on Pro, and 50 on Premium).
• Single AI Run: Free accounts receive 1 lifetime stock AI analysis run to test the output, whereas paid plans offer recurring daily runs (5 on Learner, 10 on Pro, 50 on Premium).
• No Automated Alerts: Free users do not receive End-of-Day (EOD) email alerts when setups trigger across the market.
• No Portfolio Tools: Historical performance tracking, exportable analysis reports, and advanced portfolio tools are reserved for paid members.
• No Premium AI or Intraday: The Ask Bill AI assistant and the Intraday AI engine are reserved for Premium members. Community access is available on paid tiers.

PSX Invest currently offers three paid plans on top of the Free preview:

• Learner (₨199/mo): Designed for beginners — 5 daily AI analysis runs, essential indicators, a 3-stock watchlist, and daily BUY/SELL/WATCH signals with EOD email alerts.
• Pro (₨2,500/mo): Built for active swing traders — 10 daily AI analysis runs, a 15-stock watchlist, portfolio manager, email opportunity alerts, and EOD notifications.
• Premium (₨6,000/mo): Tailored for power traders — the highest daily AI-run capacity (50/day), a 50-stock watchlist, priority analytics, Hero Stocks, Intraday AI engine, and access to the Ask Bill AI assistant.

Yes, absolutely. You can cancel your subscription at any time directly through your PSX Invest account settings. Once you cancel, your access stays active until the end of your current billing period (monthly or annual), and you won’t be charged again. We don’t charge any cancellation fees or lock you into long-term contracts.
