RSI rises above 70 — the stock is statistically overbought and may be due for a pullback.
MACD line crosses above the signal line — signals a bullish shift in momentum.
MACD line crosses below the signal line — signals a bearish shift in momentum.
AI confidence reaches ≥ 70% — the AI sees a compelling opportunity the technicals alone may not capture.
How confidence is calculated
No single indicator makes the call. Multiple signals are fused into one score.
Signal pattern detected
One or more of the 8 signal types fires on a stock in your watchlist.
AI alignment checked
The platform checks whether the AI signal agrees, disagrees, or is neutral — adjusting confidence accordingly.
Technical alignment scored
RSI and MACD direction are checked for alignment with the signal. Conflicting indicators reduce confidence; aligned indicators boost it.
Final confidence score calculated
A single 0–100% score is produced. High scores mean multiple independent signals point the same direction.
Opportunity card created
The opportunity appears in your dashboard with signal type, confidence score, target price, stop loss, and time horizon.
